-The first clinic with go over the basics. Dismount, carrying/shouldering, remount.

-The second clinic will be split into two groups. (beginners and those building on the previous clinic. So if you miss the first clinic, no big deal) Building on the first clinic, we will go over real race situations. This group focuses on reading the course, making decisions and using the skills you just learned.
-The third clinic will move on to drills and strategy. If you missed the first two clinics, it’s okay, we’ll still have a group going over the basics!

– Already attended a CX clinic last season? We’ll be providing an advanced group, focusing on cornering, race strategy and more in-depth equipment and race prep advice.

WHAT TO BRING: Bring your bike!  Cyclocross bikes are ideal, but mountain and touring bikes can work too. Road bikes with narrow tires and single-sided clipless pedals are not recommended. Wear snug-fitting shorts or cycling shorts and a helmet.
